Registration is confirmed upon full payment and is intended for the individual named at the time of registration.&nbsp; By registering for the Congress, participants are deemed to have accepted these policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:2px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"importantnotes\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-oswald-font-family\">Important Notes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Registration fee includes tea refreshments, conference materials and light lunch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please refer to the universities\/institutions recognized as APSA members in the Members Directory in APSA website for eligibility for APSA member rates (<a href=\"https:\/\/apsaweb.org\/membership\/members\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/apsaweb.org\/membership\/members\/<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students are required to submit valid proof of enrollment (valid student card showing full name and university).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staff of APSA member institutions are required to provide proof of their affiliation with the listed APSA institution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional charges will apply after the regular registration period ends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:2px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-oswald-font-family\">Payment Terms<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participants are advised to confirm their availability before registering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full payment is required at the time of registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registrations without full payment will not be processed or confirmed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:2px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-oswald-font-family\">Cancellation and Refund<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once registration is completed, fees are generally <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a>If a participant is unable to attend, written notice with justifiable reasons should be submitted to the Organising Committee via <\/a><a href=\"mailto:apsacongress2026@hku.hk\">apsacongress2026@hku.hk<\/a> at least 7 working days prior to the Congress for consideration. &nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:2px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-oswald-font-family\">Name Change\/Transfer<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Registration is intended for the individual named at the time of booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As Congress arrangements are made based on confirmed participants, <strong>changes to delegate name or substitutions are generally not accepted<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:2px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-oswald-font-family\">Programme Changes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Organising Committee reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the programme, speakers, schedule, and format where necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Organising Committee &#8216;s control (e.g., severe weather conditions, natural disasters, public health emergencies), the Organising Committee will endeavour to reschedule the event. This forum will provide participants with insights into publication strategies, emerging research trends, and editorial expectations.
