Each poster will be displayed in one poster session during the Congress.
At least one author must register for the Congress, and is expected to be present at the poster during designated session/ breaks to respond to questions from participants.
2. Poster Size
Posters must be prepared in A0 size (841mm × 1189mm) in portrait orientation.
Each poster is limited to a maximum of ONE page.
3. Poster Content
All posters should be prepared in clear and concise ENGLISH.
The poster should clearly present the key findings, methodology, and main messages of your research.
Please ensure that the title, track, and author(s) shown on the poster are consistent with the approved abstract submission.
All text, figures, tables, and graphics should be clearly legible from a reasonable viewing distance. Please spell out any abbreviations for clarity.
Authors are encouraged to include contact information or a QR code linking to further information, where appropriate.
4. Printing and Poster Setup
Authors are responsible for printing their own posters and bringing them to the Congress venue.
Posters should be mounted on the designated poster boards using pins or other materials provided by the organizers.
Each accepted poster will be assigned a display location. Instructions regarding poster allocation, installation, and removal will be provided closer to the Congress.
The poster setup and dismantling schedule will be announced in due course.
Posters not removed by the designated time may be discarded by the organizers.
